After the application is approved the card is ordered and mailed to your address on file. Once the card is received it must be registered, activated and loaded. You can register or manage the card yourself on the EZ Transport Portal or seek our assistance at 202-420 7534. To register yourself on the EZ Transport Portal please follow these steps:
You can check the card balance or get a list of transactions by phone by calling 800-416 6373 (listed at the back of the card) and do the following: DO NOT PRESS 0 for Customer Service
Some users are required to pay a monthly subsidy for their Connector Card based on their reported annual income. The card will not be loaded with the first and subsequent contributions until the payment is received. Users can pay directly on the EZT portal, on the EZT Connect Mobile App, Mail a check, call us at 202-420 7534 to use a Credit card or in person at YCDC's office at 1636 Bladensburg Road NE, Washington DC 20002.
